Our Location
Wethele Manor is located on the Rugby Road(B4453) between Leamington Spa and Princethorpe, in the village of Weston under Wetherley. Wethele Manor is close to Stoneleigh Park Estate NAEC, Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick.
On occasion, we are being frustrated by the Rugby Road (B4453) closure from Leamington Spa to Weston under Wetherley. If the Rugby Road (B4453) is closed the A445 will be open so you can access the Weston Lane to enter Weston under Wetherley and head back into the village of Weston under Wetherley on the Rugby Road (B4453) to Wethele Manor.

Arriving from Leamington Spa on the Rugby Road (B4453) – we are the first farm on the left hand side as you enter the village of Weston under Wetherley.
Arriving from Rugby on the Rugby Road (B4453)- we are the last farm on the right after the church and before you leave the village of Weston under Wetherley.
Our Bedrooms
We have 10 bedrooms all with lovely en suite facilities in the main house.
In addition we glamping pods in the grounds by the woods (2 glamping pods are en suite) and 1 en suite Chalet by the water in a private gated glade
The bedrooms are characterful and have an air of history and rustic charm with plenty of natural light.
Our Rooms Facilities
All beds are king size with luxury pocket sprung mattresses and all bedrooms have flat screen televisions with USB connection, WIFI access and tea / coffee facilities. All rooms are ensuite. Most rooms have a luxury en suite bathroom with large bath and power shower. Weston bedroom, Otters Holt and the Glamping en suite pods have showers and not baths. The rooms are individually decorated, creating their own character and identity and enchanting features such as fire places, elm and oak wooden floors and exposed beams are present in many of the rooms. Despite the rooms being rich in original character, the high standard of modern facilities within each room is maintained throughout.
We offer single, double, twin, four poster and family rooms, ground floor rooms are also available.

Enjoy a feel good weekend away this winter at Wethele Manor with lovely walks along extensive footpaths taking you to local pubs and beyond.
April and May are spectacular at the ancient wood with the stunning carpet of bluebells. The woods are the habitat for a plethora of wildlife including badgers, deer and fox. We are also seeing a surge in bird numbers, yellow hammers have returned to the farm, woodpeckers, kingfishers and many more! Spring is such a wonderful time – take a seat in the orchard and large gardens and listen to the birds singing.
Visit beautiful Stratford-Upon-Avon in the summer and take in some Shakespeare theatricals. Warwick and Kenilworth Castles are fabulous any time of the year and why not take tea in historic Warwick and Leamington Spa.
Enjoy the old farm house character with inglenook fire place, a 30 foot well, blue lias stone floors and an old dairy.
