Due to our rural location please do book a taxi before you arrive at Wethele Manor.

The venue operates a cash or card bar and we accept credit & debit cards with contactless payment, including apple & google pay.

We do not accept American Express.

Yes – the accommodation for the night of the wedding is booked out to the bride and groom and they allocate the rooms to their guests.

We do not take bookings from guests directly, the bride and groom have all of the rooms which they allocate accordingly.

Our nearest town is Leamington Spa which has an abundance of hotels and guest houses.

Check in to the Farmhouse accommodation and Glamping on the day of a wedding is 1pm unless prior arrangement through the bride and groom and the venue has been made.

Breakfast is in the conservatory at Wethele Manor from 8.00am – 9.30am

We only allow natural petals to be used for confetti.

We don’t allow paper or artificial confetti.

There is usually a ‘Confetti moment’– so hold onto your confetti until that special moment is announced.

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the venue or guest house and glamping pods.
Our Orchard Bothy on the courtyard is a beautiful sheltered space should the weather be inclement, otherwise, please use the ashtrays provided around the venue.

Please make sure that the bride and groom are aware of your mobility requirements and have informed us at Wethele Manor.

Most of the venue is accessible and there are ramps to aid access.

The accommodation is 16th century and it does have internal steps and stairs that make most of our bedrooms inaccessible, however, we do have ground floor rooms so please do ensure that, if you have mobility concerns, and are staying the night at Wethele Manor, your bride and groom are aware and choose a room for you that is suitable for you.

Our venue has a fully licensed reasonably priced bar selling a wide range of lagers, cider, wines and spirits. Wedding guests MUST NOT under no circumstances bring in their own alcohol to our venue – your drink will be disposed of and you may be asked to leave the premises.

Please be aware: No Bottles or Glassware of any sort are allowed into or out of the venue.

We operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy to drugs.

Anybody suspected of carrying or using drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately and the police may be called.

We have 3 high chairs and additional booster seats available.

Please do check with your bride and groom as to whether they have accounted for your little one for a highchair.

The bar closes and music finishes at 11.30pm. Carriages are before midnight.

We operate a Challenge 21 policy.

If you’re lucky enough to look under 21 and you’d like to purchase alcohol at Wethele Manor, you will be required to prove that you are over the age of 18.

Please do bring valid identification with you if you have a youthful glow and are old enough to buy alcohol.

We apologise in advance but hope that you will be flattered.

Please do not leave Children unaccompanied at Wethele Manor. Parents and guardians are responsible for their safety.

Please be aware that there is open water at the venue and we are in essence a working farm with farm machinery.

Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle, Wethele Manor cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.

Any items damaged or removed from the rooms will be chargeable and value may be taken from the damage deposit.

Please ensure that in the excitement and delight of the day that your guests remember to settle up for their accommodation before their departure.

We would be very grateful if you could bring to our attention any spillages or items which you find to be broken and anything not functioning correctly – this feedback would be greatly appreciated.
