Look out for the large gated entrance of Wethele Manor signs at the entrance.
Parking & getting home
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes — overnight parking is absolutely fine.
Please collect vehicles by 10:30am the following morning.

Is there accommodation on site?
Yes — all on-site accommodation is booked by the couple getting married, who allocate rooms to their guests directly.
We’re unable to take guest bookings directly – all bookings are through the bride and groom.

Leamington Spa has plenty of hotels and guest houses nearby. Our nearest town is Leamington Spa.

The Orchard Bothy offers sheltered cover if the weather isn’t great.
Accessibility
Most of the venue is accessible, with ramps where needed.
Please make sure the couple has shared any mobility requirements with us in advance or please do contact us directly if you are a wedding guest coming to an event here at Wethele Manor.
Accommodation note:
The farmhouse dates back to the 16th century and includes stairs. Some bedrooms are not accessible, however ground-floor rooms are available — the couple can allocate these if needed.
Alcohol & drugs policy
Bringing your own alcohol:
Not permitted. Any alcohol brought in will be confiscated and guests may be asked to leave.
Drugs:
We operate a zero-tolerance policy. Anyone found using or carrying drugs will be asked to leave immediately and police may be contacted.
Children
Children must be supervised at all times.

If you’re lucky enough to look under 21, please bring valid ID to purchase alcohol.

Wethele Manor can’t be responsible for loss or damage
- Vehicles are parked on site at your own risk.
Any damage to rooms or missing items may be charged and taken from the damage deposit.
If you notice anything broken or not working, please let us know — we really appreciate the feedback.
Photos & filming
Unless requested otherwise in writing, Wethele Manor may take photos and videos on the day for use on our website, social media and printed materials.
