From the M1 North

Exit the M1 at Junction 21 and join onto the M69.
Continue to the end of the M69 and follow the signs for the A46 for Warwick & Leamington Spa.
Exit the A46 for Leamington Spa on the A452.
Follow the road over one crossroad, over river bridge to the first roundabout.
Take the first exit to Cubbington.
At second and third roundabouts, go straight over, following the signs for Cubbington.
At the mini roundabout in Cubbington by the Shell garage, take the first exit left for Weston under Wetherley, Princethorpe and Rugby on the B4453.
Continue on the road over the crossroads.
Carry on past Cubbington for about 1 mile, you will then see a sign for Weston under Wetherley and the 30 mph speed limit, the entrance for Wethele Manor Farm is 50 yards on the left hand side.

From the M1 South

Exit the M1 at Junction 17 and take the M45 to the end of the motorway.
At roundabout, take the first exit along the A45 for 1/4 of a mile, then turn left for Leamington onto the B4453 into Princethorpe to halt sign.
Turn right on A423 for 100 yds downhill.
Turn left onto the B4453. Leave Princethorpe and head for Weston under Wetherley.
Continue through Weston under Wetherley Village around the bends, past the church and white bungalow on the right hand side.
Wethele Manor Farm is signposted and is the first wide gateway on the right hand side after leaving the Village.

From the M6

Exit the M6 at Junction 2 and follow the A46 for Warwick & Leamington Spa.
Exit the A46 for Leamington Spa/Warwick and A452 and turn left off the slip road to Leamington Spa.
Follow the road over one crossroad, over river bridge to the first roundabout.
Take the first exit to Cubbington.
At second and third roundabouts, go straight over, following the signs for Cubbington.
At the mini roundabout in Cubbington by the Shell garage, take the first exit left for Weston under Wetherley, Princethorpe
and Rugby on the B4453.
Continue on the road over the crossroads.

From the North - M40

Exit the M40 at Junction 15.
At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A46 Warwick bypass.
Continue along the A46 until the signs for Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. From the slip road turn right on the roundabout to Leamington Spa, the A452.
Follow the road over one crossroad, over river bridge to the first roundabout.
Take the first exit to Cubbington.
At second and third roundabouts, go straight over, following the signs for Cubbington.
At the mini roundabout in Cubbington by the Shell garage, take the first exit left for Weston under Wetherley, Princethorpe
and Rugby on the B4453.
Continue on the road over the crossroads.
Carry on past Cubbington for about 1 mile, you will then see a sign for Weston under Wetherley and the 30 mph speed limit, the entrance for Wethele Manor Farm is 50 yards on the left hand side.

From the South - M40

Exit the M40 at Junction 12 for Gaydon.
At the top of the slip road, turn left.
Follow the road to the roundabout and then turn right (the Banbury - Warwick Road ).
Continue on this road for approximately 5 miles, over a small roundabout until you reach a roundabout at the Fosse Way, take the fourth exit to the right along the Fosse Way North towards Leicester and stay on this road for approx 7 miles until you have to stop and give way at a small cross roads and then turn left. Follow the winding road through Hunningham Village, passing the Red Lion Pub on the right hand side. Cross the very narrow river bridge and continue on this road to the T-Junction. Turn left.
Continue through Weston under Wetherley Village around the bends, past the church and white bungalow on the right hand side.
Wethele Manor Farm is signposted and is the first wide gateway on the right hand side after leaving the Village.

From the M69

Travel South West to the end of the M69 and follow the signs for the A46 for Warwick & Leamington Spa.
Exit the A46 for Leamington Spa on the A452.
Follow the road over one crossroad, over river bridge to the first roundabout.
Take the first exit to Cubbington.
At second and third roundabouts, go straight over, following the signs for Cubbington.
